New Work: Identifying a Stroke F.A.S.T.
Wanted to share a new piece of work that was just released last week. F.A.S.T. is an acronym that stands for Face Drooping, Arm Weakness, Speech Difficulty, and Time to Call 9-1-1. It is a quick and easy way to tell if a loved one may be having a stroke. Time is of the essence with strokes so knowing what may be going on and getting help fast can make a huge difference.
I worked as the primary designer and illustrator on this project along with the team at Home Front Communications and the Ad Council along with several other content experts. This graphic is being released along with a social media push to help get the word out. Almost a year ago to this very day my Dad suffered a stroke and thankfully my Mom was able to get him to the hospital quickly. He is still recovering now and making really big progress every time I see him. Having the opportunity to work on this project has been a real privilege.
Check out the graphic on the Ad Council blog HERE.
